The most important and beautiful `Kandam` in the Adhthyaathma Ramayana  is the Sundarakaandam.It is believed that during the Ramayana recital period(ie,Karkatakam~July) if you can not read the Ramayana fully;the recital of  only the `Sundara kaandam` shall give you almost  same good results that of the full Ramayana reading.....
അധ്യാത്മ രാമായണത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും സുന്ദരവും പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ടതുമായ  കാണ്ഡം ആണ് സുന്ദര കാണ്ഡം.രാമായണത്തിലെ മറ്റു കാണ്‍ഡങ്ങള്‍ വായിയ്ക്കാന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ലെങ്കില്‍ക്കൂടി സുന്ദര കാണ്ഡം എങ്കിലും വായിയ്ക്കാന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ അത് മഹത്തരം എന്നു കരുതപ്പെടുന്നു ......
